Main Responsibilities
- Technology Upgradation: Research, evaluate, and implement the latest technological advancements in dental and surgical implant procedures.
- Training & Development: Design and conduct training programs to enhance the skills and competencies of dental professionals and technicians.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements in all technology upgradation and skill development activities.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with industry experts, educational institutions, and healthcare organizations to foster innovation and knowledge exchange.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of technology upgradation initiatives, training materials, and program outcomes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technology upgradation or skill development within the dental or medical device industry.
- In-depth knowledge of dental and surgical implant procedures, materials, and technologies.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering training programs, workshops, and seminars.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess technology needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
