Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to oversee the implementation of the Provincial Intelligence Center (PIC) Project. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the project, from inception to completion, ensuring that it is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including government agencies, law enforcement, and technology vendors, to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet project objectives efficiently.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving issues and risks as they arise.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, motivating and supporting project team members to achieve project goals.
  • Conduct post-project evaluation and analysis to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, managing complex projects preferably in the government or security sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing project budgets and resources effectively.
  • Knowledge of intelligence operations and information technology systems is desirable.
