Main Responsibilities
Billing Positions
- Generate accurate bills for customers based on gas consumption data.
- Verify meter readings and resolve any discrepancies.
- Handle customer inquiries related to billing matters promptly and courteously.
- Ensure compliance with billing regulations and company policies.
HR Positions
- Support recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Assist in onboarding and orientation activities for new employees.
- Manage employee records and HR databases.
- Administer HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements.
Measurement Positions
- Conduct gas measurements at various points in the distribution network.
- Calibrate and maintain measurement equipment to ensure accuracy.
- Analyze measurement data and report any anomalies or irregularities.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize gas flow and distribution.
HSEQA/QC Positions
- Implement and monitor Health, Safety, Environment, Quality Assurance/Quality Control (HSEQA/QC) protocols.
- Conduct inspections and audits to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Develop and deliver training programs on HSEQA/QC procedures.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, and recommend corrective actions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Billing, HR, Measurement, HSEQA/QC) or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the energy or utilities sector.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with relevant software and systems.
- Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
