Main Responsibilities
Teaching Positions
- Professor: Engage in teaching, research, and academic leadership in the respective field.
- Associate Professor: Contribute to teaching, research, and mentorship of students.
- Assistant Professor: Deliver lectures, conduct research, and assist in curriculum development.
- Lecturer: Deliver engaging lectures, prepare course materials, and assist students in their academic pursuits.
- Demonstrator: Assist senior faculty in teaching and practical demonstrations in laboratories.
Non-Teaching Positions
- Administrative Officer: Manage administrative tasks, coordinate activities, and ensure smooth functioning of the department.
- Librarian: Oversee library operations, manage resources, and assist students and faculty in research.
- Lab Technician: Assist in laboratory experiments, maintain equipment, and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Accountant: Handle financial transactions, maintain records, and prepare financial reports.
- IT Support Staff: Provide technical support, maintain computer systems, and troubleshoot IT-related issues.
Job Requirements
For Teaching Positions
- A relevant postgraduate degree (Ph.D., MD, MS, M.Phil, etc.) in the respective field.
- Previous teaching experience at a reputable institution is preferred.
- Demonstrated research and publication record in peer-reviewed journals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
For Non-Teaching Positions
- Relevant educational qualifications and experience in the respective field.
- Proficiency in computer applications and relevant software.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
