Main Responsibilities
Education Instructors
- Designing and delivering educational programs for PAF personnel.
- Conducting training sessions, lectures, and workshops.
- Developing curriculum and educational materials.
- Assessing the progress and performance of trainees.
PF&DI Specialists
- Providing physical fitness and drill instruction.
- Developing fitness training programs.
- Conducting physical fitness assessments.
- Overseeing drill and parade activities.
Sportsmen & Women
- Representing PAF in various national and international sports competitions.
- Training and coaching fellow servicemen/women in sports.
- Promoting physical fitness and sportsmanship within PAF.
- Achieving excellence in chosen sports disciplines.
Medical Assistants
- Providing medical assistance and support to PAF personnel.
- Assisting medical officers in clinics and hospitals.
- Conducting basic medical procedures and treatments.
- Maintaining medical records and documentation.
Job Requirements
Education Instructors
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant field.
- Teaching experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop educational materials.
- Must meet physical fitness requirements.
PF&DI Specialists
- Diploma or certification in physical education or related field.
- Experience in physical fitness training.
- Knowledge of drill and parade procedures.
- Excellent physical fitness and stamina.
- Leadership and coaching skills.
Sportsmen & Women
- Demonstrated excellence in chosen sports discipline.
- Experience in competitive sports at national or international level.
- Strong training and coaching abilities.
- Good teamwork and sportsmanship.
- Must meet physical fitness requirements.
Medical Assistants
- Diploma or certification in medical assistance or related field.
- Experience in medical settings preferred.
- Knowledge of basic medical procedures and treatments.
