Main Responsibilities

Clinical Staff

  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of cardiovascular conditions.
  • Perform medical procedures such as cardiac catheterization, angioplasty, and pacemaker implantation under the supervision of experienced physicians.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
  • Participate in patient education programs to promote healthy lifestyle choices and disease prevention.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to established clinical protocols and standards of care.

Non-Clinical Staff

  • Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, coordinating patient referrals, and maintaining medical records.
  • Handle billing and insurance claims to process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support quality improvement initiatives by collecting and analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors, addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Job Requirements

Clinical Staff

  • MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution.
  • Valid registration with the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC).
  • Completion of internship and at least one year of post-internship experience in a relevant clinical setting.
  • Proficiency in relevant medical procedures and diagnostic techniques.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Non-Clinical Staff

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in healthcare administration or medical office management is preferred.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, billing procedures, and insurance regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office and electronic medical record systems.
