Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth research on various policy issues, ranging from social welfare to economic development, to inform policymaking decisions.
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to generate insights and recommendations for policy development and implementation.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to produce reports, white papers, and presentations for diverse stakeholders, including
  • government agencies, NGOs, and international organizations.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends, best practices, and innovations in the field of public policy through continuous learning and engagement with relevant literature and experts.
  • Participate in policy discussions, workshops, and conferences to share research findings and contribute to the advancement of knowledge in the public policy domain.

Job Requirements

  • A graduate degree (Master’s or PhD) in public policy, economics, political science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in policy analysis, research methodology, and data interpretation, preferably in an academic or think tank setting.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and communicate findings effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative research methods, including statistical analysis and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to write clear, concise, and persuasive reports and presentations.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
