MTI Hayatabad Medical Complex and Khyber Girls Medical College (KGMC) Peshawar are renowned institutions in the healthcare sector, committed to providing exceptional medical services and education. As part of our ongoing commitment to excellence, we are currently seeking qualified individuals to join our team as Specialist & Trainee Registrars.

Main Responsibilities

  • Clinical Expertise: Provide specialized medical care and treatment to patients in accordance with established protocols and best practices.
  • Patient Care: Diagnose illnesses, prescribe appropriate treatments, and monitor patient progress throughout their treatment journey.
  • Collaborative Care: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including consultants, nurses, and technicians, to ensure comprehensive patient care and interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest medical research, advancements, and technologies in your area of specialization to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  • Teaching and Training: Mentor and supervise junior medical staff, including interns and residents, and actively participate in educational activities and training programs as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Medical Qualification: MBBS or equivalent degree recognized by the Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC). For Trainee Registrars, completion of the House Job is mandatory.
  • Specialization: For Specialist Registrars, postgraduate qualification (FCPS/MD/MS or equivalent) in the relevant specialty recognized by the PMC. For Trainee Registrars, enrollment in an approved residency training program in the relevant specialty is required.
  • Registration: Valid registration with the Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC) or eligibility for registration.
  • Experience: Prior experience in a clinical setting, especially in the relevant specialty, is preferred but not mandatory for Trainee Registrars.
  • Skills: Excellent clinical skills, strong interpersonal communication, and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment: Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality patient care, continuous professional development, and adherence to ethical standards.
  • Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evening shifts, weekends, and public holidays, as per the institutional requirements.
