Medical Officer
Main Responsibilities
- Provide primary healthcare services to patients in accordance with established medical protocols.
- Conduct consultations, diagnose illnesses, prescribe medications, and administer treatments as necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in health education and awareness programs to promote preventive healthcare practices within the community.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients.
Job Requirements
- MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in primary healthcare settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
Nurse
Main Responsibilities
- Assist in providing nursing care to patients under the supervision of medical staff.
- Perform routine medical procedures such as administering medications, dressing wounds, and monitoring vital signs.
- Educate patients and their families about health management and self-care techniques.
- Maintain cleanliness and infection control standards in clinical settings.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC).
- Prior experience in a clinical setting, preferably in primary healthcare.
- Knowledge of nursing principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Compassionate attitude towards patients and their families.
Lady Health Visitor (LHV)
Main Responsibilities
- Conduct home visits to provide maternal and child health services to women and children.
- Assess the health needs of individuals and families and provide appropriate counseling and support.
- Administer immunizations and vaccinations to children according to the national immunization schedule.
- Promote family planning and reproductive health awareness through community outreach activities.
- Maintain accurate records of all health-related interventions and follow-up visits.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Lady Health Visitor (LHV) from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC).
- Previous experience in maternal and child healthcare services.
- Knowledge of family planning methods and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
