Main Responsibilities

Medical Officer

  • Provide primary healthcare services to patients.
  • Diagnose and treat common illnesses and injuries.
  • Conduct health screenings and assessments.
  • Provide health education and counseling to patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Nurse

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patients’ vital signs and condition.
  • Assist with medical procedures and examinations.
  • Educate patients about their health conditions and self-care practices.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.

Health Educator

  • Develop and implement health education programs for the community.
  • Conduct outreach activities to raise awareness about important health issues.
  • Provide individual and group education sessions on topics such as nutrition, hygiene, and disease prevention.
  • Collaborate with community leaders and organizations to promote health and wellness initiatives.

Lab Technician

  • Perform diagnostic tests on patient samples.
  • Analyze test results and report findings to healthcare providers.
  • Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and quality control measures.
  • Assist with specimen collection and processing.

Job Requirements

Medical Officer

  • MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution.
  • Valid registration with the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC).
  • Previous experience in primary healthcare preferred.
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nurse

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
  • Valid registration with the Pakistan Nursing Council.
  • Clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Proficiency in basic nursing procedures and patient care.
  • Compassionate attitude and commitment to patient advocacy.

Health Educator

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Health, Health Education, or related field.
  • Previous experience in health promotion or community outreach.
  • Knowledge of health behavior theories and strategies.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.

Lab Technician

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology.
  • Valid registration with the Pakistan Medical Laboratory Technologists Council.
  • Experience working in a clinical laboratory setting.
  • Proficiency in performing a variety of laboratory tests.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
