Main Responsibilities:
Faculty Positions:
- Delivering lectures, conducting tutorials, and facilitating discussions in their respective fields of expertise.
- Developing and implementing curriculum plans that align with the educational goals and objectives of the institution.
- Engaging in scholarly activities such as research, publications, and presentations.
- Providing guidance and mentorship to students to support their academic and professional development.
Administrative Positions:
- Overseeing day-to-day administrative operations within the department or unit.
- Managing budgets, resources, and personnel effectively to ensure smooth functioning.
- Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.
- Implementing policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
Supportive Staff Positions:
- Providing administrative and logistical support to faculty, students, and other staff members.
- Assisting with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.
- Ensuring the maintenance of facilities and equipment to create a conducive learning environment.
- Offering assistance during events, workshops, and other academic activities as needed.
Job Requirements:
Faculty Positions:
- A doctoral degree (Ph.D., MD, or equivalent) in the relevant field from a recognized institution.
- Teaching experience at the undergraduate or postgraduate level preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct research and publish scholarly work.
Administrative Positions:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational or healthcare setting.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications and office software.
Supportive Staff Positions:
- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in a support role, preferably in an academic or healthcare institution.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong teamwork and customer service skills.
