Main Responsibilities
- Teaching and Instruction: Deliver high-quality lectures, seminars, and practical sessions to undergraduate and postgraduate students by the curriculum and educational standards.
- Curriculum Development: Participate in the development, review, and enhancement of the medical and dental curriculum, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
- Research and Scholarship: Engage in scholarly activities, including conducting research, publishing in peer-reviewed journals, and presenting at conferences, to contribute to the advancement of medical and dental knowledge.
- Clinical Supervision: Provide clinical supervision and guidance to students during clinical rotations and practical training sessions, ensuring adherence to professional standards and ethical practices.
- Student Support and Mentoring: Provide academic and professional guidance to students, including advising on career paths, research opportunities, and personal development.
Job Requirements
- Qualifications: A doctoral degree (MD, PhD, or equivalent) in a relevant field such as Medicine, Dentistry, Biomedical Sciences, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Previous teaching experience in medical or dental education at the undergraduate or postgraduate level is preferred. Clinical experience and expertise in a specialized area of medicine or dentistry are highly desirable.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with students, colleagues, and other stakeholders. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential for managing teaching, research, and administrative responsibilities effectively.

- Licensure: Licensure or eligibility for licensure to practice medicine or dentistry in Pakistan is required, depending on the specific role and responsibilities.
