Position 1: Research Scientist
Main Responsibilities
- Conduct research and experiments to develop new processes for the conversion of hydrocarbons into value-added products.
- Analyze data and interpret results to optimize process efficiency and product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement research projects in alignment with project goals.
- Stay updated with advancements in petrochemical technology and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and publications to communicate research findings internally and externally.
Job Requirements
- A Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Proven experience in hydrocarbon processing, catalysis, or petrochemical research.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Proficiency in laboratory techniques, experimental design, and data analysis software.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within established timelines.
Position 2: Project Manager
Main Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the execution of the PETCORE Project, ensuring adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and partners to manage project activities and resources effectively.
- Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules, and monitor progress against established targets.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve project issues, and escalate concerns as necessary to ensure project success.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive project environment, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing among team members.
- Prepare regular progress reports, presentations, and updates for project stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the energy or petrochemical sector.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
