1. Faculty Member (Multiple Positions Available)
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging lectures, workshops, and practical sessions in allied health sciences disciplines.
- Create and update curriculum materials to ensure relevance and alignment with industry standards.
- Provide mentorship and support to students to facilitate their academic and professional growth.
- Conduct research in relevant areas of allied health sciences and contribute to scholarly publications.
- Participate in institutional committees and activities aimed at enhancing the academic environment and student experience.
Job Requirements
- A master’s or doctoral degree in a relevant allied health sciences discipline.
- Prior teaching experience at the undergraduate or graduate level is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative academic environment.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
2. Clinical Coordinator
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate clinical placements for students in various allied health sciences programs.
- Liaise with healthcare facilities to ensure the availability of suitable clinical training sites.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clinical preceptors and supervisors.
- Monitor students’ progress during clinical rotations and provide support as needed.
- Implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare administration or allied health sciences.
- Experience working in clinical education or healthcare management preferred.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of accreditation standards and regulatory requirements in healthcare education.
3. Administrative Assistant
Main Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the academic and administrative departments.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
- Coordinate logistics for events, workshops, and other institutional activities.
- Handle inquiries from students, faculty, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to the efficient operation of the institute through various administrative tasks.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, office management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
