In November of this year, Pakistan is scheduled to embark on a white-ball series tour to Australia, marking the commencement of Australia’s white-ball schedule for the 2024-25 summer. The series will feature a total of six games, comprising three ODIs and three T20Is, spread across six venues from November 4th to November 18th, 2024.

This tour marks Pakistan’s return to Australia after an absence of nearly 11 months, following their participation in the Benaud-Qadir Trophy, which featured three Test matches held across Perth, Sydney, and Melbourne from December 2023 to January 2024.

The Dettol Men’s ODI series, consisting of three matches, will kick off on November 4th at the renowned Melbourne Cricket Ground. Subsequent matches will be held in Adelaide and Perth on November 8th and 10th, respectively. Notably, Pakistan’s last ODI series on Australian soil dates back to 2016, with the home-side emerging victorious on that occasion.

Following the ODIs, Pakistan and Australia will engage in a three-match Dettol Men’s T20I Series. Pakistan’s previous T20I appearance on Australian soil traces back to 2022 when they contested in the final of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup. The series will commence at The Gabba in Brisbane before shifting to the Sydney Cricket Ground, where Pakistan triumphed against New Zealand in the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup semi-final. The tour will conclude in Hobart, with the final T20I scheduled for November 18th.
