1. Faculty Member (Multiple Positions Available)

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging lectures, workshops, and practical sessions in allied health sciences disciplines.
• Create and update curriculum materials to ensure relevance and alignment with industry standards.
• Provide mentorship and support to students to facilitate their academic and professional growth.
• Conduct research in relevant areas of allied health sciences and contribute to scholarly publications.
• Participate in institutional committees and activities aimed at enhancing the academic environment and student experience.

Job Requirements

• A master’s or doctoral degree in a relevant allied health sciences discipline.
• Prior teaching experience at the undergraduate or graduate level is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative academic environment.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

2. Clinical Coordinator

Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical placements for students in various allied health sciences programs.
• Liaise with healthcare facilities to ensure the availability of suitable clinical training sites.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clinical preceptors and supervisors.
• Monitor students’ progress during clinical rotations and provide support as needed.
• Implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare administration or allied health sciences.
• Experience working in clinical education or healthcare management preferred.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of accreditation standards and regulatory requirements in healthcare education.

3. Administrative Assistant

Main Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the academic and administrative departments.
• Assist with scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
• Coordinate logistics for events, workshops, and other institutional activities.
• Handle inquiries from students, faculty, staff, and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to the efficient operation of the institute through various administrative tasks.

Job Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, office management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
