Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as an Administrative Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing administrative operations within the organization, ensuring efficiency and adherence to policies and procedures.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including but not limited to filing, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth workflow and communication.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required by management.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment, and initiate procurement processes when necessary.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and other events, including scheduling, logistics, and follow-up.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing information and assistance as needed.
  • Handle inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner, escalating issues as appropriate.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a governmental or organizational setting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Urdu.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Pakistani citizenship and clearance of any required background checks.
