Main Responsibilities:

Employee Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, concerns, and requests. Proactively address employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to both employees and managers to resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.

Onboarding and Offboarding: Facilitate the seamless onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have all necessary paperwork completed, access to relevant systems, and are integrated smoothly into the organization. Coordinate offboarding procedures, conducting exit interviews and assisting with the transition process for departing employees.

Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, eligibility verification, and assisting employees with benefit-related questions or concerns. Collaborate with benefits providers to ensure timely and accurate processing of claims and changes.

HR Information Systems: Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Generate reports and analytics as needed to support HR decision-making and compliance requirements.

Policy and Procedure Compliance: Stay up-to-date with relevant employment laws and regulations, ensuring company policies and procedures are in compliance. Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Training and Development: Assist in the coordination and delivery of training programs for employees and managers, covering topics such as diversity and inclusion, performance management, and leadership development.

Employee Engagement: Support initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work culture, including organizing employee events, surveys, and recognition programs. Actively seek feedback from employees to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on employee relations, benefits administration, and HRIS management.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing employee concerns and issues.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
