Main Responsibilities

Secretary

  • Administrative Management: Oversee all administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations within the company. Manage office resources, schedules, and communications effectively.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of board meetings, official correspondences, and important documents. Ensure timely dissemination of information to relevant parties.
  • Liaison Role: Act as a liaison between the board of directors and the executive management. Facilitate communication and coordinate meetings, agendas, and follow-ups.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate governance policies. Assist in the preparation of reports for regulatory bodies and stakeholders.
  • Support Services: Provide executive support to the CEO and senior management, including handling confidential information, preparing presentations, and coordinating travel arrangements.

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

  • Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s goals and objectives. Ensure financial stability and growth.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the preparation and management of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Maintain compliance with accounting standards, legal requirements, and corporate policies.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks. Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures.
  • Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional development.

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

  • Operational Management: Oversee daily operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery. Implement operational strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics. Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage key projects, ensuring timely completion within budget. Coordinate with various departments to achieve project goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, regulatory bodies, and business partners.
  • Innovation and Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives. Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Secretary

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., Chartered Secretary) is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of administrative or executive support experience, with at least 5 years in a senior role.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in office software and record-keeping systems.
  • Attributes: High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

  • Education: Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CFA) is required.
  • Experience: At least 15 years of financial management experience, with a minimum of 7 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, strategic planning, and financial modeling skills. Expertise in financial software and ERP systems.
  • Attributes: Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Strong ethical standards and a commitment to corporate governance.

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

  • Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 15 years of operational management experience, with at least 7 years in a senior executive role.
  • Skills: Proven track record in managing large-scale operations. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skills.
  • Attributes: Ability to lead and inspire teams. Strong focus on customer service and operational excellence.
