Main Responsibilities

  • Financial Management: Manage financial transactions and ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
  • Budgeting: Prepare, monitor, and execute budgets in line with organizational objectives.
  • Accounts Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements.
  • Audit Coordination: Facilitate internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and support.

  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with taxation laws, financial regulations, and reporting requirements.

  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments and teams to support financial planning and decision-making.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a governmental or public sector organization.
  • Certification: Professional certification such as ACCA, CA, or CMA is desirable.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial management practices.
  • Skills: Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Compliance: Familiarity with taxation laws, auditing standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Integrity: Demonstrated integrity, honesty, and ethical conduct in financial management and decision-making.
  • Adaptability: Capacity to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English and Urdu languages, both written and spoken.
