Position Overview

PPIF is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Grants Associate Project Position. The Grants Associate will play a pivotal role in supporting the administration and management of grant programs aimed at fostering innovation and addressing population challenges in Punjab.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist in the administration of grant programs, including application review, evaluation, and award processes.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of grant applications to ensure alignment with PPIF’s mission and objectives.
  • Coordinate with grantees to provide guidance on proposal development, budgeting, and reporting requirements.
  • Monitor the progress of grant-funded projects, conduct site visits, and prepare reports on project outcomes and impact.
  • Maintain accurate records of grant disbursements, expenditures, and project documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and collaboration.
  • Provide technical assistance and capacity-building support to grantees as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as international development, public administration, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in grant management, project administration, or related field, preferably in the development sector.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and grant administration processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with project management software is preferred.
  • Commitment to PPIF’s mission and values, with a passion for driving positive change and innovation in Punjab.
