Position Overview

PPIF is currently seeking qualified and motivated individuals to join our team in various project positions across Punjab, Pakistan. We are looking for a Field Manager and multiple Associates to support our initiatives aimed at advancing population management and reproductive health in the region. The selected candidates will play a pivotal role in implementing field activities, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring the effective delivery of project objectives.

Main Responsibilities

Field Manager

  • Oversee the implementation of field activities in accordance with project objectives and timelines.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to field staff, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards.
  • Liaise with government agencies, NGOs, and community leaders to foster partnerships and promote collaboration.
  • Monitor project progress, identify challenges, and recommend solutions to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Prepare regular reports on field activities, including achievements, challenges, and lessons learned.
  • Conduct field visits to assess project implementation, address issues, and gather feedback from stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of strategies and plans to scale up project interventions and reach target populations effectively.

Associates

  • Assist in the implementation of field activities as per the project work plan and guidelines.
  • Conduct community mobilization and awareness sessions on population management and reproductive health.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops for community health workers and volunteers.
  • Collect data and information related to project activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Support in organizing events, campaigns, and outreach activities to promote project objectives.
  • Coordinate with field staff, partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of project activities.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on field activities, including challenges and successes encountered.

Job Requirements

Field Manager

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in social sciences, public health, development studies, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in the field of public health or development.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and Urdu.
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining relationships with government agencies, NGOs, and community stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Flexibility to travel frequently within Punjab, Pakistan.

Associates

  • Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, public health, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in project implementation, community mobilization, or related fields.
  • Good understanding of population management and reproductive health issues in Pakistan.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Urdu, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Willingness to work in remote areas and travel as required.
