Main Responsibilities

  • Financial Management: Develop and manage the hospital budget, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-saving measures where appropriate.
  • Human Resources: Supervise and coordinate the activities of hospital staff, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and staff scheduling.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction, monitor compliance with regulatory standards, and address any deficiencies.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term strategic plans for the hospital, identifying areas for growth and improvement.
  • Community Relations: Serve as a liaison between the hospital and the community, fostering positive relationships and promoting public awareness of available healthcare services.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in hospital administration or healthcare management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Sound financial management skills, including budget development and monitoring.
