Main Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Efficiently manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Policy Analysis: Conduct an in-depth analysis of policies and regulations, providing recommendations for improvement and compliance.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline. Advanced degrees and professional certifications are preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within the public sector or related industries is highly desirable. Fresh graduates with relevant internships or academic projects are encouraged to apply for entry-level positions.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to critically evaluate information and propose effective solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and build positive relationships.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications. Familiarity with project management tools and data analysis software is an asset.
