Job Overview
SALU is seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to serve as Vice-Chancellor, guiding the university to new heights of academic excellence and innovation. Main Responsibilities
- Academic Leadership: Provide visionary leadership to academic departments, promoting excellence in teaching, research, and community engagement.

- Resource Management: Effectively manage financial and human resources to ensure the efficient functioning of the university.

Job Requirements
- Academic Qualifications: A Ph.D. degree from a recognized institution, preferably in a relevant academic discipline.
- Experience: A distinguished academic career with a minimum of 15 years of teaching and research experience, including significant administrative leadership roles in higher education.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate faculty, staff, and students toward achieving institutional goals.
