Main Responsibilities

Secretary

  • Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and preparing correspondence.
  • Documentation: Prepare, review, and manage official documents and reports, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders, handling communication efficiently.
  • Office Management: Oversee office operations, maintain records, and ensure that administrative activities are well-coordinated.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring smooth execution.

Chief Level Positions

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and improve overall performance.
  • Leadership: Provide visionary leadership and direction to the organization, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery across all departments.
  • Financial Management: Manage financial resources, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring financial sustainability.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, regulatory bodies, and the community.
  • Performance Monitoring: Set performance targets, monitor progress, and implement improvements as necessary to achieve objectives.

Job Requirements

Secretary

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role, preferably in a corporate environment.

Skills

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office Suite).
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.

Chief Level Positions

  • Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field. Additional professional certifications are a plus.
  • Experience: At least 10 years of senior management experience, with a proven track record in leadership roles within the utility or energy sector.

Skills

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial planning.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
