Main Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Provide visionary leadership to drive PEEF’s mission and strategic objectives forward, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, including budgeting, resource allocation, and performance management.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster positive relationships with government agencies, educational institutions, donors, and other stakeholders to advance PEEF’s objectives and maximize impact.
  • Program Development: Lead the development and implementation of innovative programs and initiatives to enhance educational access and quality across Pakistan.
  • Team Building: Cultivate a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability within the organization, nurturing talent and empowering staff to achieve their full potential.
  • Advocacy and Outreach: Serve as a spokesperson and advocate for PEEF, representing the organization at various forums and events to raise awareness and garner support for our mission.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Establish robust monitoring and evaluation mechanisms to track the effectiveness and impact of PEEF’s programs, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Master’s degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Public Administration, Business Administration).
  • Proven track record of leadership and management experience, preferably in the education or development sector.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective organizational strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated commitment to promoting educational equity and social justice, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in Pakistan’s education landscape.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a high degree of resilience and adaptability.
    Fluency in English and Urdu, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
