Job Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with NTDC’s goals and objectives. Provide strategic guidance to the executive team on human capital management issues.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the attraction, selection, and retention of top talent. Develop strategies for talent development, succession planning, and performance management.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by managing employee relations issues effectively. Implement policies and procedures to promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities. Collaborate with department heads to design and deliver training initiatives that support organizational goals.
  • HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Monitor and update HR policies and procedures as necessary to maintain legal and ethical standards.
  • HR Administration: Oversee HR administrative functions, including payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management. Streamline processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Change Management: Lead organizational change initiatives and support employees through periods of transition. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to minimize resistance and maximize buy-in.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. Experience in the energy sector or a similar industry is highly desirable.
  • Strategic Leadership: Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive organizational success. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Talent Management: Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies. Experience in succession planning and performance management.
  • Employee Relations: Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Compliance Knowledge: In-depth understanding of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices. Experience in ensuring compliance and mitigating legal risks.
  • Change Management: Experience leading organizational change initiatives and managing resistance effectively. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation. Ability to use HR metrics to drive decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
