Position Overview

Main Responsibilities
Engineering Positions
- Design and implementation of transmission infrastructure projects.
- Conducting feasibility studies and technical assessments.
- Performing site surveys and inspections.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
IT Positions
- Developing and maintaining software applications for power system management.
- Managing network infrastructure and cybersecurity systems.
- Implementing and supporting enterprise IT solutions.
- Providing user support and training.
- Participating in technology evaluation and strategic planning.
- Ensuring data integrity and system reliability.
Job Requirements
Engineering Positions
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in power transmission or related industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of relevant codes and standards.
IT Positions
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT roles, preferably in the energy sector.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
- Experience with database management systems and cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
- Strong troubleshooting and multitasking skills.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CCNA, or CompTIA Security+ are a plus.
