Logistics Manager

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency.
  • Oversee the transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards.
  • Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Communications Officer

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies to promote NBP’s brand and services.
  • Create, edit, and manage content for various channels including press releases, newsletters, social media, and the company website.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Handle media relations, including preparing press kits, organizing press conferences, and managing media inquiries.
  • Monitor public and media perception of NBP and respond to any issues or crises.
  • Conduct market research to understand communication trends and audience preferences.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in corporate communications or public relations.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with digital communication tools and social media platforms.

Marketing Specialist

Main Responsibilities

  • Design and implement marketing campaigns to enhance NBP’s market presence and customer engagement.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends.
  • Develop marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, and promotional content.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and market trends.
  • Creative mindset with excellent project management skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including CRM platforms and Adobe Creative Suite.
