Job Description

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Relationship Manager at the National Bank of Pakistan. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with clients to ensure their banking needs are met and exceeded. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, providing them with personalized financial advice and solutions tailored to their individual needs.

Main Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and objectives.
  • Provide personalized financial advice and recommend appropriate banking products and services.
  • Actively promote and cross-sell a range of banking products including loans, deposits, investment products, and insurance.
  • Conduct regular financial reviews with clients to assess their changing needs and provide ongoing support and guidance.
  • Work closely with other departments within the bank to coordinate the delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and bank policies and procedures.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the bank.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in banking or financial services, with a focus on relationship management.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and banking software.
