Main Responsibilities

Branch Manager – Islamic Banking

Oversee all branch operations and ensure compliance with Islamic banking principles.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance branch performance and customer satisfaction.

Manage and mentor branch staff, ensuring they meet performance targets.

Foster relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business growth.

Relationship Manager – Islamic Banking

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with tailored Islamic banking solutions.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.

Ensure all client interactions comply with Shariah principles.

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service and meet client needs.

Credit Analyst – Islamic Banking

Analyze credit applications and assess the creditworthiness of potential clients.

Prepare detailed credit reports and make recommendations based on Islamic finance principles.

Monitor existing credit portfolios to manage risk and ensure compliance with internal policies.

Stay updated on industry trends and changes in Islamic banking regulations.

Operations Manager – Islamic Banking

Manage daily operations of the Islamic banking division to ensure efficiency and compliance.

Implement and maintain robust operational procedures and controls.

Coordinate with other departments to streamline processes and improve service delivery.

Resolve operational issues promptly to minimize impact on clients and business activities.

Shariah Compliance Officer

Ensure all banking products and services comply with Islamic laws and principles.

Job Requirements

Branch Manager – Islamic Banking

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in banking, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Strong knowledge of Islamic banking principles and practices.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Relationship Manager – Islamic Banking

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking, preferably in Islamic banking.

Proven track record of successful client relationship management.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Credit Analyst – Islamic Banking

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit analysis, preferably in an Islamic banking context.

Solid understanding of credit risk assessment and Islamic finance principles.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and numerical skills.

Operations Manager – Islamic Banking

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

Minimum of 6 years of experience in banking operations, with a focus on Islamic banking.

Shariah Compliance Officer

Bachelor’s degree in Islamic Studies, Shariah Law, or related field.
