Job Requirements

  • Education: A minimum of a Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Education, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related discipline. A PhD is preferred.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a higher education institution or a related government organization.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential.
  • Knowledge: Thorough understanding of the higher education landscape in Pakistan, including key challenges and opportunities. Familiarity with government policies and regulations related to education is desirable.
  • Commitment: Dedication to the mission and values of the Higher Education Commission, with a passion for promoting excellence in higher education and research.
  • Technology: Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software applications.
