Main Responsibilities

  • Curriculum Development: Contributing to the development and enhancement of curriculum materials, ensuring alignment with international standards and best practices.
  • Student Supervision: Providing mentorship, guidance, and supervision to students in research projects, clinical rotations, and other academic activities.
  • Administrative Duties: Participating in departmental and institutional meetings, committees, and activities, contributing to the overall management and development of the institution.
  • Clinical Practice (where applicable): Engaging in clinical practice, patient care, and clinical teaching activities, fostering an environment of compassionate and evidence-based healthcare delivery.

Job Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Applicants must possess a relevant doctoral degree (Ph.D., MD, or equivalent) in their respective field of expertise.
  • Teaching Experience: Demonstrated teaching experience at undergraduate and/or postgraduate levels in a reputable academic institution.
  • Research Track Record: Proven track record of research productivity, including publications in peer-reviewed journals and successful grant acquisition.
  • Clinical Experience (where applicable): For clinical positions, candidates must have relevant clinical experience and eligibility for licensure or certification.
  • Professional Competencies: Strong communication skills, teamwork abilities, and a commitment to academic and professional integrity.
  • Leadership and Management Skills: Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to contribute to the administrative functions of the institution.
