Main Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers throughout all stages of the flight.
- Conduct pre-flight safety checks and demonstrate safety procedures to passengers.
- Assist passengers with boarding, seating, and stowing luggage in overhead compartments.
- Serve meals, beverages, and snacks to passengers during the flight.
- Respond to passenger inquiries and address any concerns or special requests.
- Monitor and manage cabin equipment and supplies.
- Collaborate with the flight crew to maintain a safe and efficient operating environment.
- Uphold Fly Jinnah’s high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience as Cabin Crew or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform duties throughout long flights.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
- Minimum educational requirement: High School diploma or equivalent.
