The Elementary & Secondary Education Department of District Bagh, AJK, is seeking motivated individuals to join as Class-IV staff in Boys Schools for the academic session starting in February 2024. Main Responsibilities
- Assisting Teachers: Supporting classroom teachers in various activities and tasks as required.
- Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of classrooms, corridors, and school premises.
- Supporting Administrative Tasks: Assisting in administrative duties such as distributing materials, maintaining records, and other related tasks.
- Supervising Students: Supervising students during breaks, lunchtime, and other non-academic activities to ensure discipline and safety.
- Assisting in Events: Supporting school events, functions, and extracurricular activities as assigned.
- Providing Support to Students: Offering assistance to students with tasks, assignments, or any other requirements as directed by teachers.
- Performing Other Duties: Undertaking any other duties relevant to the role as assigned by school administration or higher authorities.
Job Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: The minimum requirement is Matriculation (Secondary School Certificate) or equivalent.
- Physical Fitness: Applicants must be physically fit and capable of performing tasks that involve standing, walking, and lifting objects as required.
- Communication Skills: Basic proficiency in Urdu and English languages to effectively communicate with students and staff.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and students in a team-oriented environment.
- Punctuality: Strong sense of punctuality and reliability in attendance to fulfill assigned duties.
- Commitment: Dedication towards contributing positively to the educational development of students and the school community.
- Local Residence: Preference will be given to candidates residing within District Bagh, AJK.
