Job Description

Cadet College Warsak – Peshawar is currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Admissions Officer to join our team for the academic year 2024-25. The Admissions Officer will play a crucial role in managing the admissions process for Class 11th, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for prospective students and their families.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage Admissions Process: Oversee the entire admissions process from application submission to enrollment, ensuring compliance with college policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate Outreach Activities: Organize and participate in outreach activities such as school visits, information sessions, and open houses to promote the college and attract prospective students.
  • Provide Guidance and Support: Serve as a point of contact for prospective students and their families, offering guidance and support throughout the admissions process.
  • Evaluate Applications: Review and evaluate applications, including academic records, test scores, and extracurricular achievements, to determine eligibility for admission.
  • Conduct Interviews: Conduct interviews with prospective students to assess their suitability for admission and their alignment with the college’s values and objectives.
  • Maintain Records: Maintain accurate records of all applicants, including their personal information, academic credentials, and admission status.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with college faculty, staff, and administrators to coordinate admissions-related activities and ensure a seamless transition for admitted students.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in admissions, student recruitment, or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of educational systems and admissions processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and database management software.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed during peak admissions periods.
