Main Responsibilities

- Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures to uphold the integrity and reputation of the bank.

- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for business growth and innovation.
Job Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field from a reputable institution. Relevant professional certifications such as ACCA, CFA, or CA will be an added advantage.
- Experience: Prior experience in banking or financial services is preferred. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply for entry-level positions.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and a customer-centric approach are essential. Knowledge of banking software and systems is desirable.
- Ethical Standards: Demonstrated integrity, honesty, and ethical conduct are non-negotiable requirements for all positions.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in different locations and adapt to changing business needs.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Urdu is required. Proficiency in regional languages will be an advantage.
