Main Responsibilities

  • Digital Channels Development: Develop and maintain digital channels such as mobile banking applications and internet banking platforms to enhance customer experience and accessibility.
  • Systems Integration: Integrate various IT systems to streamline banking processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot system issues, and implement solutions promptly.
  • Security Compliance: Ensure adherence to security protocols and regulatory requirements in all IT systems and applications.
  • Data Management: Manage and maintain databases securely, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive IT systems, processes, and procedures documentation.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in implementing Core Banking Solutions and developing digital channels within the banking sector.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
  • Expertise in database management systems, including SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.
  • Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards, particularly related to IT security.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
