Main Responsibilities

  • Policy Implementation: Implementing government policies at the ground level and ensuring their effective execution across various administrative units.
  • Coordination: Facilitating coordination between different government departments, agencies, and stakeholders to streamline administrative processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Resource Management: Managing human, financial, and material resources efficiently to achieve organizational objectives and deliver public services effectively.
  • Public Relations: Maintaining positive relationships with the public, addressing grievances, and fostering community engagement for better governance outcomes.
  • Decision Making: Analyzing information, assessing risks, and making informed decisions to address administrative challenges and support the achievement of organizational goals.
  • Reporting: Preparing comprehensive reports on administrative activities, progress, and challenges for higher authorities and stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Political Science, or a related field from a recognized institution. A Master’s degree will be preferred.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in administrative roles, preferably in government departments or public sector organizations.
  • Knowledge: Sound understanding of administrative principles, government policies, and regulatory frameworks. Familiarity with the socio-economic context of Balochistan will be an advantage.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer applications and data analysis tools. Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
  • Age Limit: 21-35 years (relaxable in case of candidates belonging to special categories as per government rules).
