Main Responsibilities

  • Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical tasks such as record keeping, data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to senior staff members, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and organizing office activities.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication within the department and with external stakeholders through email, phone calls, and in-person interactions.
  • Record Management: Ensure accurate maintenance and retrieval of records, documents, and files as per departmental protocols.
  • Assist in Operations: Assist in the coordination of operational activities within the department, including logistics, resource management, and personnel support.
  • Customer Service: Provide assistance and support to individuals seeking information or services from the department in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with departmental policies, procedures, and regulations at all times.

Job Requirements

  • Educational Qualification: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution. Additional certifications in office administration or related fields are preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in clerical or administrative roles is desirable.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment and software.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu. Knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and interact professionally with colleagues and the public.
  • Integrity: Demonstrated integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
