Position: Healthcare Quality Assurance Officer

Main Responsibilities

  • Conducting inspections and assessments of healthcare facilities to ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
  • Developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives and protocols in collaboration with healthcare providers.
  • Providing guidance and support to healthcare facilities on quality assurance processes and best practices.
  • Investigating complaints and incidents related to healthcare quality and patient safety, and recommending appropriate actions.
  • Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to promote a culture of continuous quality improvement in healthcare delivery.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Public Health, Nursing, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare quality assurance, accreditation, or regulatory compliance.
  • Sound knowledge of healthcare standards, regulations, and quality improvement methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.

Position: Healthcare Compliance Inspector

Main Responsibilities

  • Conducting routine inspections of healthcare facilities to assess compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines.
  • Reviewing documentation and records to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Identifying compliance issues and areas for improvement and making recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Providing education and training to healthcare providers on compliance requirements and best practices.
  • Collaborating with regulatory agencies and other stakeholders to address compliance-related concerns and promote regulatory compliance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare compliance, auditing, or regulatory affairs.
  • Knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including database management systems.
