We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Coordinator/Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various projects within the university, ensuring their timely completion and adherence to quality standards.

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage projects related to art, architecture, design, and heritage conservation within the university.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and identify any issues or risks, taking proactive measures to address them.
  • Collaborate with faculty, staff, and external partners to ensure smooth project implementation.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support project objectives and decision-making.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials to communicate project updates and outcomes.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive working environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and excellence.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as architecture, design, art history, heritage conservation, or a related discipline. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of project management tools and techniques, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Familiarity with relevant software applications, such as Microsoft Office, project management software, and design tools.
  • Passion for art, architecture, design, and heritage conservation, with a commitment to promoting cultural understanding and preservation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
