As part of our commitment to excellence, we are currently seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Regional Business Heads (VP/SVP) in various regions across Pakistan.
Main Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the regional teams to achieve business objectives, ensuring alignment with the bank’s overall goals and objectives.
- Business Development: Develop and implement business development strategies to enhance market share, identify growth opportunities, and expand the bank’s presence in the assigned region.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including government agencies, agricultural associations, local communities, and other relevant entities to foster collaboration and support.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Risk Management: Oversee risk management activities within the region, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, mitigating risks, and safeguarding the bank’s interests.
- Financial Performance: Monitor and analyze financial performance indicators, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures to optimize profitability and operational efficiency.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on regional performance, market trends, and business insights to senior management, facilitating informed decision-making and strategic planning.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree/MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in banking, financial services, or related industries, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing business operations, driving growth initiatives, and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong leadership abilities with the capability to inspire and motivate teams towards excellence.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Sound knowledge of banking regulations, risk management principles, and financial analysis techniques.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
