Main Responsibilities
- Develop engaging and interactive online learning content for various courses and programs offered by the university.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and multimedia specialists to design and implement effective learning materials.
- Conduct research to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and alignment with learning objectives and standards.
- Utilize multimedia tools and technologies to enhance the learning experience, including videos, animations, simulations, and interactive exercises.
- Review and update existing course content to reflect current best practices, industry trends, and advancements in technology.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to share ideas, gather feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Adhere to quality standards, timelines, and project requirements to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality learning content.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing online learning content, preferably in a higher education or e-learning environment.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, learning theories, and educational technologies.
- Proficiency in multimedia authoring tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, or similar software.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for creating engaging and effective learning experiences.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and online course delivery platforms is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, requirements, and technological advancements in the field of online education.
