Main Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the implementation of Project Phase-I objectives according to the outlined timelines and budget.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders including university management, government authorities, donors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
- Provide regular progress reports to the project steering committee and other relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage project documentation and communication channels effectively.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment within the project team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the education sector or infrastructure development projects.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in English and Urdu languages.
- You have demonstrated the ability to manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
- Sound knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with government regulations and procedures related to project implementation is desirable.
