Main Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Provide comprehensive technical assistance to dental and surgical professionals utilizing advanced implants and related technologies. Troubleshoot issues, offer solutions, and ensure seamless integration of new equipment and procedures into clinical practice.
- Training and Education: Develop and deliver engaging training programs and workshops designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of healthcare professionals in implantology. Utilize innovative teaching methods to ensure effective learning outcomes and promote continuous professional development.
- Research and Development: Collaborate with industry partners and academic institutions to drive innovation in implant technologies. Contribute to research projects aimed at improving implant design, materials, and surgical techniques, ultimately enhancing patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality assurance protocols to maintain the highest standards of safety and efficacy in implant procedures. Conduct regular audits and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor on matters related to implant technology and skill development. Provide timely support and guidance to address client needs and foster long-term partnerships.
- Project Management: Oversee various aspects of the TUSDEC project, including budgeting, resource allocation, and timeline management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
Job Requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in dentistry, biomedical engineering, or a related field. Additional certifications or specialized training in implantology and/or technical support preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in dental implantology, surgical procedures, or technical support roles within the healthcare industry. Proven track record of delivering high-quality training and support services is desirable.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in utilizing dental implant systems, CAD/CAM software, and other advanced technologies commonly used in implant dentistry. Strong troubleshooting abilities and familiarity with medical device regulations and standards.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to critically evaluate clinical scenarios and recommend appropriate solutions. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering superior outcomes for patients and healthcare professionals.
- Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgetary constraints. Experience in coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
