Position Overview
We are seeking highly motivated and passionate individuals to join our team as Education Support and Resource Persons (ESRPs) under the Taleem Programme. ESRPs will play a crucial role in supporting teachers, schools, and educational institutions to ensure effective teaching and learning practices.
Main Responsibilities
- Teacher Training and Capacity Building: Conduct training sessions and workshops for teachers to enhance their pedagogical skills, subject knowledge, and classroom management techniques.
- Curriculum Development: Assist in the development and implementation of innovative and student-centered curriculum frameworks aligned with national standards.
- Educational Resource Development: Create and curate educational resources, including lesson plans, teaching aids, and supplementary materials, to support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor the implementation of educational initiatives, assess their impact on student learning outcomes, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Community Engagement: Collaborate with parents, community members, and local stakeholders to promote community involvement in education and address barriers to learning.
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to student performance, attendance, and other relevant indicators to inform decision-making and policy formulation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in education, teaching, or educational administration.
- Strong understanding of pedagogical principles, educational theories, and teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and educational software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with the education system and context in Punjab, Pakistan, preferred.
- Fluency in both English and Urdu; proficiency in local languages is an asset.
