Main Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
- Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure the financial health of the organization.
- Operations Management: Manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services.
- Human Resources: Lead the HR function, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance programs to maintain high standards of patient care and service excellence.
- Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders including patients, staff, government agencies, and community organizations.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in healthcare management or a related field, with at least 5 years of managerial experience.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Solid understanding of healthcare operations, finance, and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and drive results.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement.
