Main Responsibilities
Teaching Positions
Professor/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor
- Teaching and Curriculum Development: Deliver high-quality lectures, develop course materials, and design innovative curricula.
- Research and Publications: Conduct cutting-edge research in relevant medical fields, publish findings in reputable journals, and contribute to the academic body of knowledge.

Lecturer

- Student Support: Assist students with academic advising and career counseling.
Non-Teaching Positions
Registrar
- Administrative Leadership: Oversee the university’s administrative operations, including admissions, student records, and academic scheduling.
- Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with university policies, governmental regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Liaison Duties: Serve as a key liaison between faculty, staff, and students to facilitate effective communication and operational efficiency.
Librarian
- Resource Management: Manage library resources, including acquisitions, cataloging, and circulation of materials.
- User Services: Provide reference and research assistance to students and faculty, and conduct information literacy workshops.
- Collection Development: Develop and maintain a comprehensive collection of medical and scientific literature.
IT Support Specialist
- Technical Support: Provide technical support to faculty, staff, and students, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- System Maintenance: Maintain and upgrade university IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- User Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users on various software applications and IT tools.
Job Requirements
Teaching Positions
Professor/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor
- Educational Qualifications: Ph.D. or equivalent in a relevant medical field.
- Experience: Extensive teaching and research experience, with a strong publication record.
- Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to lead research projects and mentor students.
Lecturer
- Educational Qualifications: Master’s degree or higher in a relevant medical discipline.
- Experience: Prior teaching experience preferred but not mandatory for exceptional candidates.

Non-Teaching Positions
Registrar
- Educational Qualifications: Master’s degree in administration, management, or a related field.
- Experience: Significant experience in university administration, preferably in a registrar’s office.

Librarian
- Educational Qualifications: Master’s degree in library science or information science.
- Experience: Experience in managing academic libraries and working with digital resources.
- Skills: Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with a strong understanding of library technologies.
IT Support Specialist
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
